Cook Children’s Ministry will be headed to Ft. Worth this afternoon @ 2pm. They are taking chicken enchiladas, salad, hot sauce, and homemade desserts to the families of children at the hospital. Please contact the church office if you would like to assist with this ministry this afternoon, and experience it firsthand!
Financial Peace University will begin tonight @ 6:30pm. If you didn’t sign up but you would like to take the class, please call the church office. We will make a spot for you!
The Men’s Ministry will host the Buffalo Breakfast on Friday August 28th. If you would like to help out, please contact James Dixon or the church office.
We are taking 36+ people to Eastland on Saturday August 29th to see War Room at the Majestic Theater. If you did not sign up but would like a ticket, you can contact the church office or First Baptist Church of Eastland to see if there are any tickets still available. The second session of Small Group Bible Studies will be held on Sunday August 30th @ 6:30pm.
Bible Drill will also be held that Sunday from 6:30-8:00pm.
We are now offering a Youth Bible Drill for students in 7th, 8th & 9th grades. If you are interested, please let us know!
We will commission new Sunday School teachers on Sunday September 6th @ 10:45am. We will also do baby dedications at that time. If you are interested in a baby dedication for your child, please contact the church office.
